This breed is another great pick for people because it is quite low maintenance and is the ideal lapdog. Chihuahuas require very little exercise and since they are tiny, they can get the most activity indoors. This breed comes in two types of coats, of which one is smooth and one is long. The shedding is slightly more pronounced at the second type, but it is still minimal. They also come in a range of colors and markings and the most common are black, fawn, brown and tricolor. These dogs will show affection and love to the owner and stay loyal and protective.
